Your mission as a Website Manager

Lead the strategic development of Assessio’s digital presence, ensuring it serves as a high-performing growth engine and brand amplifier. You’ll own the end-to-end web ecosystem - from infrastructure and automation to UX and conversion optimization - and play a pivotal role in shaping how prospects, customers, and partners engage with our brand online.

This role requires a blend of technical fluency, creative vision, and commercial acumen. You’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and commercial teams to translate business goals into digital experiences that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of Assessio’s website from WordPress to a headless CMS in collaboration with an external agency

  • Act as project lead for the website transformation, defining scope, requirements, timelines, and UX direction

  • Own the website as a strategic growth platform, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability

  • Drive technical SEO improvements to increase qualified traffic and organic conversions

  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and performance teams to structure and optimize web content

  • Shape user journeys and digital experiences aligned with the Assesio brand and customer lifecycle

  • Lead website optimization through analytics, A/B testing, and performance measurement

  • Own website analytics and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO platforms

  • Manage HubSpot integrations including forms, landing pages, CTAs, and tracking workflows

  • Ensure best practices in speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and compliance (e.g. GDPR)

  • Maintain oversight of hosting, domains, and backup processes

You're perfect match:

  • 5+ years in website development or related field, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments

  • Proven track record of owning and scaling web platforms that drive measurable business growth

  • Deep expertise in WordPress and Webflow/Hygraph, technical SEO, CRO, marketing automation (Hubspot) and analytics

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analytics

  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Strategic mindset with strong hands-on execution ability

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
