We are looking for a Business Development Manager to look after new customer acquisition and expand our reseller network across Europe with a focus on the Baltics, Poland, Germany, Scandinavia, and the UK. Sales opportunities from inbound may arise from all over the world. This role is important in driving Invendor’s growth by engaging industrial distributors and building long-term relationships through enterprise-level sales.

Key responsibilities

Primary focus:

  • Support new customers during the onboarding phase, ensuring smooth transitions and setting them up for success.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships

    and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with leadership to develop

    and refine internal sales processes,

    setting the stage for future growth.

  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring sales

    team members as the team scales.

Secondary focus:

  • Build strong relationships with

    decision-makers to ensure successful

    deal closing.

  • Lead and conduct product demos,

    collaborating with technical teams

    when necessary.

  • Own the full sales cycle from

    prospecting to closing deals, with a

    focus on relationship-building.

  • Drive sales in target regions including

    the Baltics, Poland, Germany,

    Scandinavia, and the UK.

  • Develop, manage, and support a

    re seller network across the target

    markets.

  • Onboard new resellers, providing

    training and support to help them sell

    our VMI solution.

Twice a year:

  • Plan and execute Invendor’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Coordinate with the business unit to prepare marketing collateral for these events.

  • Identify and secure speaking

    opportunities for company leadership

    at industry events to elevate the brand.

What we’re looking for:

Experience:

  • Proven track record in enterprise-level sales, ideally selling to industrial companies or related verticals.

  • Experience selling both software and hardware solutions. Knowledge of the industrial environment is a bonus.

  • Familiarity with managing reseller networks and supporting third-party sales.

  • Comfort with long sales cycles and solution-based selling, rather than transactional business.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers.

  • Excellent in English (both written and oral).

  • Results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Experience using tools like Pipedrive (CRM) and Mailchimp for sales and marketing is a bonus.
