Tendly is an Estonian AI-powered B2B SaaS company that scans public tenders in more than 23 European countries. Their platform helps suppliers find relevant tenders, scores win probability, and uses AI to help draft bids. On the buyer side, the same technology speeds up RFP preparation and tender management.
Tendly is looking for a Head of Business Development to take sales and client relationships to the next level.

Public procurement is a large, under-served market and Tendly already has a proven product. What's missing is someone to build a repeatable sales model and push traction further across the Baltics, the Nordics, and beyond.
This is the company's first senior sales hire, not a seat on an existing team. The role will shape the sales strategy rather than execute an existing one.
Identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients among SMEs, IT services firms, consultancies, and other tender-active suppliers.
Managing and growing existing key accounts.
Building and executing go-to-market plans for new countries and segments.
Working with the product team to feed client feedback into product development.
Representing Tendly at events, webinars, and through thought leadership.
Meeting ambitious sales targets while keeping clients satisfied.

Proven experience in SaaS sales, account management or business development. Ideally in B2B tech, procurement, or govtech.
Understanding of public procurement processes is a strong plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter, results-driven, comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
Interest in AI and technology that solves real problems.
Located in Europe, remote work possible, preferably with time zone overlap with the team.

Compensation: competitive base salary plus commission that grows with clients won and retained.
Equity in a fast-growing startup, with direct influence on product development through client feedback.
Flexible remote work, modern tools, and a small team where your work is visible from day one.
