Who are they looking for?

Uku is hiring a Sales & Business Development person — someone who will: 

  • Build a repeatable sales engine (webinars, conferences, outbound reach) 

  • Develop relationships across international markets 

  • Represent the brand vision and help bring the founder’s ideas to life 

  • Enjoy the “hunter” mindset but also knows how to build trust and long-term relationships 

Until now, sales have relied primarily on inbound leads — the goal moving forward is to add outbound into the mix and consistently reach 40 demos per month. Conversion is strong, ICP is defined, and tools are in place.
