Experienced backend professional (strong in PHP, Java, or Go).
Proven track record in leading small or medium-sized teams.
Solid understanding of microservices, cloud solutions, Git, and backend architectures.

A leader who’s not afraid to bring structure, ideas, and improvements to the table.
