Ideal candidate:

Passionate, self-motivated and committed team player, who has interest in new technologies and has strong background in sales, with the ability to create and execute effective sales strategies. They will be responsible for identifying and managing distributors, supporting them to optimise product presentation and sales, and leading pilot sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills and previous sales experience.

  • Analytics mindset to develop strategies and documentations based on market data.

  • Strong organisational, negotiation and collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter who can work independently and think critically.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse market data and create comprehensive sales strategies with a clear plan on market entry, target distributors, offerings, contract types and engagement methods.

  • Identify and onboard the right distributors globally.

  • Develop support packages for distributors to help them effectively market and sell our products.

  • Develop and implement documentation packages and cash flow projections to aid distributors in understanding sales potentials.

  • Collect feedback from distributors to continously imporve our products and sales approach.

  • Utilise AI tools to develop and refine sales strategies.
