Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take full ownership of your brand by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth and expand into new global markets. Collaborate closely with local distributors and the marketing team to maximize sales effectiveness.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

  • Monitor sales performance by tracking key metrics, forecasting results, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows to boost team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Deliver on budget commitments, increase revenue, and strengthen the brand’s presence in global markets.

What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a comparable B2B leadership role, with hands-on sales expertise.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with international clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.

  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong results orientation, with a track record of planning for and achieving ambitious sales targets.

  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, paired with openness to constructive feedback.

  • High stress resilience and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.

  • Willingness to travel regularly and attend international events.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, including forecasting and leading negotiations.

  • Critical thinking skills and a data-driven approach.

  • Excellent command of the English language.

  • Strong digital proficiency.

    Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage.
