BaltFlow is a Latvian company founded in 2019, offering vacuum systems, compressed air systems, industrial dust and welding fume extractors and full facility extraction systems.

  • Niche expertise. Deep specialization in industrial extraction and ventilation creates steady demand from manufacturing plants and factories that need to control dust and fumes.

  • Full project cycle. Design, installation, spare parts, and maintenance, all under one roof. BaltFlow does not just sell equipment, it stays with the client for the equipment's entire life cycle, a real edge over competitors.

  • Trusted partners. A partnership with ULMATEC, DELFIN, Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik GmbH and FORMULA AIR, all well known and respected brands in the extraction and ventilation industry, adds extra credibility to every technical offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an account management role for BaltFlow's existing client base, not new business sales. Contact is always with warm, existing accounts and the job is to visit them on the spot, understand what is happening with their equipment, and offer the right products as a solution.

  • Check in.

Rather than waiting for a client to call, you reach out to your accounts yourself to check how their equipment is doing.

  • Site visit.

Go to the client, look at the equipment in person, and talk to the operator who works with it every day.

  • Diagnosis and maintenance check.

Work out how well the equipment has been maintained, whether everything is running as it should and what needs replacing.

  • The offer.

After the visit, prepare and send a proposal, including spare parts or service work as needed.

A typical week runs roughly 80% on the road visiting clients and 20% in the office doing admin work - preparing offers, answering e-mails etc.

  • Sales skills.

Comfortable with meeting clients face-to-face, up-selling and preparing offers.

  • Driving skills.

Confident behind the wheel, since a large part of the job is spent on the road visiting client sites across Latvia.

  • Languages.

Latvian for daily work, conversational Russian is a plus since many conversations are with operator level staff.
