We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Director to grow D8 Corporation’s business in Kazakhstan and Central Asia. You’ll drive new business and expand banking relationships, selling payment processing, card solutions, and other regulated financial services.
With 60+ global customers and platforms covering fraud, AML/CTF, transaction monitoring, and digital wallets, you’ll take full ownership of regional results, engage with local partners, and shape the market — with real autonomy and performance-based upside.

Fintech and banking expertise — ideally experience in bank payments, card processing, AML/CTF compliance, or transaction security.
Proven sales success in fintech or financial services, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset — you enjoy building something from the ground up and taking ownership of results.
Independent and proactive work style, with self-motivation and a drive to create new opportunities.
Client-focused attitude, combining relationship-building skills with a passion for sales.
Proficient English, as you’ll collaborate with our leadership team based in Latvia.

Own and grow D8 Corporation’s business across Kazakhstan, with a focus on Almaty, and support expansion into neighboring Central Asian markets.
Identify and develop new client opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial meetings and demos to proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
Expand and deepen existing customer relationships through cross- and up-selling of payment processing, card solutions, and related services.
Establish and cultivate relationships with local partners, including SaaS-based fraud and AML service providers, to strengthen regional operations.
Represent D8 Corporation at regional industry events and conferences, gathering market, regulatory, and competitive insights to inform strategy.
Take full ownership of regional results, shaping the market, creating new opportunities, and applying entrepreneurial thinking to drive long-term growth.
Regional Ownership: Over time, you’ll take full ownership of the Kazakhstan and Central Asian markets and be responsible for driving results, strategy, and growth.
