We’re looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to join an international organization with companies in different industries. This is a role, giving you the opportunity to shape how IT support is delivered across multiple countries and teams.
You’ll be the go-to person for technical questions, day-to-day troubleshooting, and user enablement - helping colleagues work smarter, not just fixing issues when they arise.

Background
Previous experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support
Comfortable supporting international users (Europe + US)
Experience working in Microsoft environments
Skills & Mindset
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, licensing, etc.)
Solid troubleshooting and research skills
Tech-savvy and resourceful
Critical thinker - able to figure things out even if you haven’t seen the issue before
Comfortable using AI tools and modern research approaches (incl. agentic/AI-assisted workflows)
Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with users or vendors
Empathetic and patient communicator
“Teacher mindset” - you don’t just fix issues, you help people learn
Curious about new technologies and willing to bring ideas forward
Self-driven and comfortable without micromanagement

Provide helpdesk and technical support to international teams
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues:
Support Windows / macOS / mobile (iOS) environments
Assist with onboarding and user setup
Train employees on how to use Microsoft 365 tools effectively
Research and implement better support solutions and workflows
Identify when to escalate issues and when to solve independently
