Creditinfo Eesti is the oldest and largest business information and credit risk evaluation bureau in Estonia. They are a part of Creditinfo Group, operating in the Baltics, Iceland, Central Europe, Central Asia, and Africa. Creditinfo Eesti develops advanced credit assessment solutions using statistical methods and machine learning.
Their product team is searching for a Head of Sustainability for the Baltic region. You will lead the Baltic activities for rolling out the new ESG product and manage sustainability-specific data for financial institutions. You will engage with clients throughout the Baltics, present the product, and represent Creditinfo’s ESG approach at various events.
This is an opportunity to gain wide experience in the financial sector and join Estonia's largest and oldest credit bureau. You can generate and execute your ideas, in cooperation with a professional and innovation-oriented team. Work closely with the majority of banks, financial institutions, and many other B2B customers across the Baltics and gain an overview of the region's economy.
Own sustainability topics for Creditinfo in the Baltics (EE, LV, LT).
Gather data for reports and communications.
Design and implement an innovative strategy to engage with financial institutions during product development.
Lead the launch of a pan-Baltic sustainability data platform.
Collect user feedback and support sales.
Work closely with the product, marketing, and analytics teams.
Compile market research, stay abreast of trends and competitors.
Regularly engage with senior management and stakeholders.
Lead product development and maintenance.
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of the EU sustainability regulations (EU Taxonomy, SFDR, ESG part of MiFID II, requirements from EBA, and more).
Analytical mind and skills that understand how various data streams assist financial institutions in fulfilling sustainability requirements.
Ready to engage in analytical work in product development, on a consultancy basis if needed.
Experience in product management.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent Estonian and English orally and in writing.
