The Role

Despite the title, this is a hands-on revenue role. As Sales & Business Development Lead, you will own the company’s sales pipeline - both inbound and outbound - across Estonia and selected international markets.

You will be responsible for driving growth and building structured, repeatable sales processes.

You will

  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing

  • Drive outbound prospecting in target markets

  • Convert inbound leads into paying customers

  • Conduct product demos and solution-based selling

  • Work closely with marketing on positioning and campaigns

  • Refine the sales narrative and value proposition

  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting

  • Represent Bidrento at client meetings and events

What they are looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong Estonian and English

  • Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales

  • Ability to sell consultatively and explain ROI clearly

  • Structured, disciplined pipeline management

  • Ownership mindset and high accountability

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

Bonus:
