What are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and experienced Master Partner/Country Manager to spearhead our entry into the Lithuanian market. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape, a strong background in business development, and the capability to build and lead a high-performing team. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential to ensure our brand’s successful growth in Lithuania.
You’re a great fit if you have:
At least 3 years of hands-on real estate experience, either as an agent or running an agency. You know the Lithuanian market well.
Good sales skills, shown by meeting or beating targets. You know how to close deals and build strong client relationships.
Basic marketing skills. You can help create and improve simple strategies to grow our brand.
Experience in hiring. You can find and train good people for your team.
Interest in leading and training others, and some real experience as a leader. You enjoy helping your team learn and succeed.
Comfort with digital tools. You are used to use technology to make your work easier.
Enough financial resources to support yourself during the early stage.
High energy and a positive attitude. You stay motivated and face challenges head-on.
A strong drive to earn well. You are motivated by results and want to go beyond your goals.
Good organisational skills to manage tasks, solve problems, and plan ahead.
Fluency in Lithuanian, plus good English or Russian skills—ideally both.
