Shroomwell is looking for a dynamic and experienced
B2B EXPORT SALES MANAGER
and Trader to lead their international sales efforts in the rapidly growing functional mushroom industry.
The ideal candidate is passionate about healthy living, has a strong background in international B2B sales, and has a proven track record of success 💯 We’re looking for someone who excels in trading, prospecting, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Lead international sales initiatives for our functional mushroom products.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand into new and existing markets.
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, with a strong focus on client acquisition.
Deliver engaging presentations and tailored proposals that resonate with customer needs.
Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.
Create lasting business relationships through consultative sales tactics and effective account management.
Background in the food or pharmaceutical sector (highly preferred)
Proven track record in B2B sales management, with at least 4 years of experience
Passionate about healthy living, biohacking, and/or functional mushrooms
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solving
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
