...a dynamic and goal-oriented International Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This position is for a high-performing person who can navigate the complexities of the European and/or Asian higher education sector. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Managers to execute growth strategies in these key regions.

Driving Growth: Proactively engage with educational institutions to maintain a strong sales pipeline in Europe and/or Asia.
Strategic Execution: Execute quarterly territory plans in your designated region.
Solution Selling: Lead high-level sales demos to showcase the value of DreamApply to educational institution stakeholders.
Closing & Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from creating tailored proposals to negotiating and closing new deals.
Visibility: Represent DreamApply at major virtual and on-site sector exhibitions and conferences with the Marketing team.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM to track all interactions and sales progress.

Proven Track Record & the Ability to Close Deals: Several years of successful experience in software sales, ideally within the EdTech sector.
Communication Mastery: Excellent sales skills and a C1 level (or higher) command of English. Proficiency in a major European or Asian language is a significant advantage.
Sales Drive: A genuine hunger for new business and the tenacity to close complex deals.
Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of how the higher education sector operates. While your expertise is key, having an established network in the field will give you a significant head start in this role.
